Click on the DOWNLOAD FOR WINDOWS button to download the YouSendItAcrobatPluginSetup1_0_0.exe file to a folder of your choice.
Double click on YouSendItAcrobatPluginSetup1_0_0.exe to begin the installation. This installation requires administrator privileges.
Click on the Run button and follow the instructions to install two packages onto your system: (1) YouSendIt Express 1.6.0, (2) YouSendIt Plug-in for Adobe Acrobat. When the Express install is finished, if express is launched then it will need to closed or minimized to complete the plug-in install.
The package will be installed in "C:\Program Files\YouSendIt\Express" for Express and Adobe Acrobat 8 plugin folder for Adobe Acrobat

Start Adobe Acrobat.
You should see new menu items on the file->Send by YouSendIt..., file->Export->Send by YouSendIt..., and toolbar.
When you are ready with your files, select file->Send by YouSendIt...
This will launch Express.
Enter your YouSendIt account name and password and sign in.
After you sign in enter the email address of the recipient, and optional message.
Click on Send It button to send the file.
A progress bar will be displayed showing the file upload progress.
Click on the DOWNLOAD FOR Macintosh button to download the YouSendItAcrobatPluginSetup1_0_0.zip file.
Double click on YouSendItAcrobatPluginSetup1_0_0.zip to unzip the package.
Quit Adobe Acrobat Professional if it is running.
Double click the 'YouSendItAcrobatPluginSetup.pkg' and follow the instructions.
The plug-in will be installed in the Adobe Acrobat Professional application.

Start Adobe Acrobat, then create or open an Acrobat document.
Choose "Send by YouSendIt" in the file menu, or in the file/Export menu, or click on the YouSendIt airplane in the tool bar. This will launch Express, allowing you to send the file.
